Unofficial advertisement project for a discount board of an online shop

Banknotes are what we pass through hands to hands every single day, and it is also one of the most sophisticatedly designed daily objects. We never stopped to examine the beautifully made note since most of the times we are in a hurry to finish the transaction to get what we want. In taking out the most common specimen on banknotes, the zeroes shows not only how the money is designed, but also the culture characteristics implicated through the contrasts of simplicity and complexity, the use of various colors or monochrome, mellow or heavy on the edges and corners.

As a new year approaches, this is an project exploring with creative and interesting new presentation of a new year’s digital calendar, trying to show the date in a futuristic as well as clear way.

This is a project of designing a decoration wall for an investment banking and consulting company. The pictures were selected by content and arranged by its relation distance to the nature of the company and by a fading of color of red. Black plastic photo frames were used against white wall according the the theme colors of the company’s logo.

Recording of the Reno Airshow Horror

This piece of work is created using various media ( pencil, newspaper excerpt, print, and watercolor), and is aimed to bring out each of these medium’s unique and strong points of illustrating the horror of the tragedy.
